On Monday, 27 March 2017, an informal welcome evening will be held from 19:00 in the Mensa am Ring.

There will be drinks and a buffet with snacks. All registered participants of the conference are cordially invited to foster old and build new contacts.

Please wear your name tag which you will receive at the registration.

The Mensa is located about in walking distance from the Schloss (1.5 km). It can be reached conveniently by public transportation to the bus stop P+R Coesfelder Kreuz which is served e.g. via lines 1, 5, 11, 12, 13, and 22.

The car park Parkhaus P+R Coesfelder offers free parking (Access via Domagkstr. / Wilhelm-Klemm-Str.).
