Conference Office

The conference office and the information desk are located room F 153 (Fürstenberghaus, Domplatz 20-22, 48143 Münster).

The opening hours fort the conference office and information desk are the following:

Monday 27.03.2017 08.00 - 19.00
Tuesday 28.03.2017 08.00 - 16.00
Wednesday 29.03.2017 08.00 - 16.00
Thursday 30.03.2017 08.00 - 16.00
Friday 31.03.2017 08.00 - 12.00

You will receive a ticket for public transport (valid:  27 March till 31 March 2017), the login-password for using WiFi at the university, the conference ticket (receipt for conference fee), the programme and your name tag at the conference office. The name tag must be worn visibly during the entire conference.

The organizers, staff of the conference desk and the student assistants will be identifiable by colored Ф-t-shirts and name tags. Please contact them if you have any questions.

Do not hesitate to inquire about all necessary information concerning the conference, orientation in Mainz, accommodation, restaurants, going out, and cultural events at the information desk.

Express-Check-In

Conference participants who have registered in advance and paid the conference fee will receive their confirmation of participation latest 2 weeks before the conference. This confirmation contains a barcode or QR Code. Please bring this confirmation with you to the conference as printout or via smartphone/notebook. With the barcode or QR Code you can use the express-check-in at the conference office and can print out the conference badge by yourself. Then you will get your conference documents.

This process will speed up the registration procedure in the conference office. This requires you to have transferred the conference fee to the specified account on time.
